Has large closet with mirrored doors and hardwood floors. Utilities, cable and WiFi included in rent. Shared bathrooms cleaned regularly. No laundry on site, but there is a nice laundromat next door. Front yard swing and chairs, and courtyard patio with nice landscaping. 2 bus routes, neighborhood market, Prime Pizza, pastries and coffee very close by. Free street overnight parking. No drugs, marijuana, alcohol, visitors, or pets. Use headphones/earbuds for TV/music. 10 pm to 7 am quiet hours. I do have 2 cats but they are kept in my room. Application and reference needed.
