Hi! My fiancé and I have a few more months on our lease and are hoping to find someone to take over our lease. If we find someone interested, we were going to ask our landlord if he'd let us break our lease to give to you and give him 30 days notice.

Our back house is cute and charming, around ~700 square feet. Bedroom is upstairs. AC units, and a fenced backyard with a grapefruit tree! Parking spot on the driveway but also ample street parking. Laundry hookups, and a dishwasher. Perfect for one person or a couple.
