1 bedroom for rent in quiet neighborhood

I’m currently looking for someone (preferably a female) to rent a 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. I’m looking for someone who’s quiet, clean, respectful of others in the house (for everyone in the home is quiet and does their own thing) and drama free, and easy to get along with, and pet friendly ( I currently have 1 dog therefore no other pets will be allowed) I live near a hiking trail and not too far from old town Pasadena and there’s a bus stop down the street from my home there are also fast food places near by, grocery stores and a coffee shop. You’ll have full kitchen privileges and shared access to the refrigerator. My home is my sanctuary and very sacred to me. I currently live in the home w/my fiancé. You’ll have kitchen access and parking is right in front of the house. The neighborhood is really quiet and everyone on the street look out for each other.
