Room for rent

I have a one bedroom apartment, I am renting out the room in the apartment. I have a living room area & a bedroom area which can suit most ( 1) person living space. This apartment will be shared between me and another person. You are welcome to all household amenities, kitchen, refrigerator living room etc . I just ask for cleansiness & respect. I work nights, so most nights i'm not here. So I will prefer a roommate who works in the daytime. That allows for personal time alone which I feel is needed. I prefer a roommate that is mature. My apartment has a gym, a pool and laundry machines onsite you are free to use. Garage parking is available too if i'm not here. This room is for a temporary stay , 30 to 90 days preferred. After 30days discounted prices and stay will be at a flat monthly rate. 2 week stay at a minimum. This is somewhere you can call home Feel free to contact me .
