Private Room in 2 Bed/1 Bath - $1,150 w/ utilities

***PLEASE READ EVERYTHING *** I'm 35 years old and looking for someone to share my apartment. FEMALE ONLY. I have a spare room available in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment. Full space is over 1100 sq. ft. The room is being used by my current roommate but would be cleared by March 8th for a move in on March 9th. Ample closet space. Shared bath, washer/dryer in unit. This is a very small community building/area so we are all clean and quiet especially at night. I have a 5 year old orange tabby and I can’t take in any other pets. Unit is all carpet except the kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. I have a couch in the living room now with a projector for entertainment. I work a lot and am usually gone on weekends, and I have a sitter who comes in occasionally for my cat. I kind of keep to myself and chill in my room or the living room at night but of course happy to get to know each other.

-Able to commit to minimum 6 months, and then see if we like the arrangement, willing to consider longer term for the right person!

-Be very communicative, this is really important that we can reach each other via text or call in a timely fashion

Asking for $1,150/month, this includes utilities (gas, electric and internet) and a street parking permit. There is ample parking in the street right behind the building and one additional spot that’s shared between all neighbors, first come first serve with it. Water/sewer/trash provided by landlord. Serious inquiries only. Must be able to move in on March 9th and the rest of the month will be prorated. Deposit required is $1,100.

Apartment is located off N Atlantic Blvd corner of Atlantic and Woodward Ave. Unit is 1/2
