Beachfront Studio – 1 Month Rent Covered

Looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease at 1900 Ocean in Long Beach through the end of February, with the option to renew afterward.
This is a private studio apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom, large windows, and an open living space. Rent is $2,340 per month, and I’m offering to cover one full month of rent for the person who takes over the lease.
The building is right by the beach and has great amenities including a pool, gym, pickleball court, resident lounge areas, and ocean access. Parking is also available for $125 per month.
This would be an official lease takeover through property management, so the new tenant would complete the building’s normal application and approval process.
I recently accepted another job and need to move, which is the only reason I’m leaving. The apartment and building have both been great. Move-in timing is flexible.
