Available Bottom Floor Room

Looking for a respectful, responsible, and easygoing roommate to take over the rest of my lease!
I’m currently living in Long Beach for school for about 4 months, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room for the remainder of the year lease and live with my two friends.
There are actually 2 rooms available in the unit:
First-floor room: Located near the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. Great if you prefer having everything close by and easy access to the main living spaces.
Second-floor room: A larger room with more space and a little more privacy.
The unit is a 4-bedroom, 2-story home, with my two friends currently occupying the other two rooms. We’re looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, clean, and easy to get along with.

About the Apartment:
-2 floor unit with 4 rooms
-2 available rooms on both top and bottom floor
-Both rooms unfurnished
-living room furnished
-kitchen space and refrigerator
-living room space
- laundry room area with both washing machine and dryer in unit
-1 shared bathroom
- About 16 minutes from CSULB
-About 6 minutes from Downtown Long Beach

Rent & Utilities:
- Your share of the rent would be roughly $900 with other 2 roommates, overall rent is $2,695. Portal to pay has fees which makes it around $900 each.
-as for utilities other 2 roommates currently handle the utilities needed.
-water and trash are included
-I currently have no utility obligations

Parking
- to park directly behind the unit it's a $75 fee a month. You can search for parking around the area which can be around a 6 min walk back to the unit depending how far the area you parked is. There are signs for street sweeps on monday's and tuesday's from 8am to around 10am depending on where your parked would require you to move your vehicle before that.

About My Roommates:
Both my roommates, like me, currently also attend CSULB one being a 4th yr and the other a 3rd yr. They are both pretty much to themselves for the most part. They both love gaming mostly shooters or sports games. They both are big sports fanatics they love to watch soccer, nfl, nba, and one of them dabbles in mbl. One of our roommates mom is also a cosigner as well. They are very cool people and great friends I made from dorming with them for 2yrs at CSULB. One currently works as a CNA the other works at Ross and his mom is the cosigner.

Looking for a Roommate Who...
-is responsible
-Works enough or has a cosigner to give them money to afford the rest of your share of rent
-is clean, considerate, respectful, and communicates well
-cool person who has great vibes
-don't have to be super social but can get along with people easily

Requirements:
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check
-Must complete the property management/leasing approval process
