I’m looking for a responsible, respectful, long-term roommate to share a two-story apartment in an older, charming older building just steps from the beach near Ocean Blvd & Cherry Ave in Long Beach.

* Spacious master bedroom
* Room is fully furnished but can be rented unfurnished if preferred
* Two-story apartment (upstairs and downstairs)
* Shared bathroom
* Shared kitchen, living room, and common areas
* On-site laundry
* Ocean-side location just steps from the beach
* Public transit conveniently located right outside the building
* Walking distance to Downtown Long Beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, and entertainment

Rent & Utilities

* Your share of the rent: $1,450/month (total rent is $2,900)
* Water and trash are included
* Electricity, gas, and internet are split separately

Parking

* There is no parking available for the roommate. I use the assigned parking space, so you would need to rely on street parking. Please note that street parking in this area can be challenging.

About Me

I work full-time in healthcare. I work remotely from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, speaking with patients over the phone throughout the day. Because of the nature of my job, I’m looking for someone who respects a quiet, professional environment during work hours. I value a clean, peaceful home and am looking for a roommate who feels the same.
