The shared living areas are super cute and cozy. The huge patio is great for gardening and entertaining and is shared with only one other tenant.

Comes with a parking spot, a huge patio with garden, and a balcony. Pet friendly (with deposit). No laundry on site but laundry mats are close by. $1350/mo includes gas, water, and trash.

I’m a 35yr old queer neurodivergent arts professional who works from home. I have a small 4yr old dog who loves people and other animals. I spend my time at home doing DIY projects or out at art events, I have friends over occasionally for a chill hang out and host art parties about once a month. Ideally I love to be friends and hang out with my roomie, but am also very respectful of privacy and boundaries.
