The apartment is in the prime loacation of downtown Long Beach, just two blocks away from Alomitos Beach, and walking distance from various resturants and bars.
Nice sized patio, living room and kitchen is furnished and shared!

Current Tenant:
27 year old female with a dog and 3 cats.
I enjoy going to yoga, the movies, the beach with my dog, and chilling at home. I am clean, drama free and 420 friendly. I am career driven and work full time. I go out to bars or clubs occasionally but I prioritize my peace and health.

Future Tenant:
Someone who is clean and willing to split chores and cost of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies.
MUST be hygienic.
MUST be financially stable.
MUST like dogs and cats.
Preferably one person (adult over 20).
Preferably female.
