Private room in 2 bed/ 1 bath

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to move into my apartment in early February. It’s a 2 bed 1 bath upstairs unit in downtown Long Beach right by Bixby park. Preferably female or LGBT male 20- 30 years old. Mostly funrnished but you’re welcome to bring in any furniture for common areas. We have our own in-unit laundry. It’s street parking. The room has a pretty big closet with a built in dresser and there’s a ceiling fan. Rent is $1250 plus about $100 for utilities including internet with a $1250 deposit. I’m open to doing a 6 month or 1 year lease.

About me: I’m 26 years old and I work as a server. My schedule fluctuates. I value cleanliness and courtesy in the home. I’m 420 and alcohol friendly, just keep it respectful. I love cats and would be open to living with one but no dogs. I like to keep to myself but would also be down to be friends and hangout if we have some shared interests:)
