Seeking Roommate trendy retro row

Hi there!

Looking for a roommate for my condo near the trendy retro row area of Long Beach.

-private room and bathroom
-secured parking
-laundry in unit
-balcony
-dishwasher
-can accept one dog and cats welcome.
-doesn’t include utilities

Im a professional clean single woman that works 6-3 m-f. Idealy I would love to find a roommate that has a dog and a slightly different schedule to support dog walks etc and we can reciprocate and help each other out. But not a requirement. Milo my dog is 10 years old and get along with everyone. He is very mellow and easy. I also have a cat Finn that is very friendly with new cats but a little timid around new dogs. Any new dog coming into the house would have to be comfortable and tested around cats. The room is approximately 145 square ft. With a walk in closet and large window that is very private. The unit sits in the back so it is quiet except for the occasional dogs barking throughout the neighborhood. The neighborhood is safe with lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. About 10 min from CSULB. I am very clean and have put a lot of care and time into making my home feel comfortable and stylish. I just updated the kitchen. And will be getting shades installed in the living room.
