Currently living in this awesome apartment that is walking distance to The Pike, Pine Ave and close to Second Street.

The living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room are all shared spaces.

I’m looking for a person that will fit right in with myself. A little bit about me: I love to DJ and play video games. I occasionally drink on the weekends. I don’t smoke cigarettes, but on occasion smoke herb. I’m 40 and I work half of the time from home and half out in the city.

Looking for a roommate who’s down to hang out and chill at the house sometimes. Whether it's watching a game, having a casual dinner, or just kicking back, it’d be great to find someone who’s up for some good vibes and downtime together. Additionally someone that is nice/friendly, drama free, pays their dues on time, & MUST BE clean.

There is no reserved or assigned parking spot, it’s all street parking here.
