The condo is located in a prime area just a short walk to bars and restaurants on 7th Street, and only minutes from the beach, downtown, and PCH. There is plenty of street parking available for residents and guests.

I’m hoping for someone who respects privacy, keeps noise levels reasonable, and takes care of shared areas as well as their own room and bathroom.
