Location is great! Steps to the beach! Close to Downtown Long Beach Shared common spaces. Living room, kitchen and dining room downstairs. Bedrooms upstairs. It’s an older building so AC unit in window needed. It’s has a bit of charm. But you can’t beat the location. Our backyard is pretty much the beach/boardwalk.
This is temporary because I am in the process of international adoption. So a unique situation. But we can discuss this more in detail over the phone. Could become permanent for the right person.
