Master bedroom for rent steps from the beach!!

I am renting out my master spare bedroom. Furnished
No parking (street parking)
Shared bathroom with me and my partner
Washer and dryer onsite, but not in unit
Wifi
I have 2 small dogs but they are old and one is blind so they stay in my room.
Must be clean and respectful.
Must be able to pass a background check.
No pets.

$1475, INCLUDING BILLS
$900 security deposit

I work from home so only for someone who works outside of the house. Looking for another working professional. I’m in the healthcare field.

Location is great! Steps to the beach!
Close to Downtown Long Beach
Shared common spaces. Living room, kitchen and dining room downstairs.
Bedrooms upstairs. It’s an older building so AC unit in window needed. It’s has a bit of charm. But you can’t beat the location. Our backyard is pretty much the beach/boardwalk.

This is temporary because I am in the process of international adoption. So a unique situation. But we can discuss this more in detail over the phone.
Could become permanent for the right person.

It’s a 3 bedroom. Yours is the master bedroom. I have the medium room and the smaller room I’m setting up for my nephew.

I’m a 40 year old female who is easy going. Raised in Canada. 🇨🇦 my partner is 36 and works off site.

Available January 4th, 2025. Could be sooner if needed
