39 year old female veteran of the video game and software industry looking for a clean and responsible roommate to take the second bedroom (+ en suite bathroom) in a 1,289 sqft 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the Alamitos/Carol Park area in Alamitos. Only .5 miles from the beach, Bixby park (and Bluff park, and dog park), Broadway, coffee houses, etc. Real bamboo flooring throughout common areas and bedrooms, insulated windows, tile in bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, premium LG fridge, huuge private balcony and shared living space (820 sqft!), office/study, wet bar, extra storage everywhere (built ins in hall, hall closet, balcony closet, private garage storage). Elevator, mail room (away from prying eyes for packages), indoor secure bike room.

THE ROOM

Standard room, closet, and bathroom size (an ensuite!). The room will comfortably fit a full sized bed, full-sized desk, and other furniture (see pictures for reference), but if you would like more space, a desk in the study off the kitchen is available 24/7. There's a window that opens up onto the courtyard in case someone wishes to use a portable air conditioning unit.

Extra Amenities

- Household items (anything under the sun: everything from tools to kitchen gadgets, dishes, printer etc), cleaning equipment, etc
- Juicer, Toaster Oven, crockpot, [blender], coffee brewer, kitchen gadgets and all kitchen household items
- 2 TVs located in the living room, one set up for retro gaming/streaming, the other for main use and less retro systems or whatever desired
- Since I used to work in the video game industry, you'll be able to use all systems that are kept out in the public shared spaces any time they aren't in use (I spend most of my time working in my room)
- I have a really cute super old shih tzu named Yoko who loves people. She's hypoallergenic, only 10 lbs, and follows me around. You are more than welcome to fall in love with her. I'm sure she won't say no to more attention.

The bathroom walls are partially resurfaced/painted (one layer) and will be fully resurfaced before the availability date.
