The Space:
I'm renting one room (12'x10') out of my 3 bedroom condo. The room has a closet (2.5' x 8'). That is in addition to the sqft listed for the room.

The second bedroom will remain as an office and guest room. Yes, you too can have a guest stay there too.

The room comes with your own private bathroom.

The condo is 1420 sqft, 3 bathrooms, furnished living room, patio with grill, washer\dryer, central air and heating, and a 2 car garage. You will have 1 parking space in the garage to use.

The property is located within walking distance to the beach and Retro Row, the 4th Street Corridor.

About Me:
I'm a working professional dedicated to my career however I like to have fun and throw the occasional dinner party. I read the Economist. I watch all HBO series. I like watching Shogun, Game of Thrones, Last Weekend Tonight, etc. I tend to think Netflix only produces crap these days, however I still have a Netflix account.

I love my dog Chloe, so you must be a dog lover. She gets to sit on the couch.

I like cooking and a good bottle of wine. I'm easy going and prefer the outdoors (hiking, the beach, etc).

You can use anything I have that's in a public area (the living room, kitchen, washer\dryer room, and garage). I don't mind if you use the last of the milk or vodka either.

What I expect from you:
I expect you to be clean, respectful of the property and nice to my neighbors. The condo is in a small 22 unit complex, so I don't want to piss off the other owners. I tend to be very clean. You must love dogs. If Chloe likes you, I'm sure we'll get along just fine.

I don't care for religious zealots or hardcore conspiracy theorists... unless you want to debate zombies vs vampires, I could do that all night over some wine.

The Lease:
$1350 per month
$1350 deposit

lease period - I'm looking for a long term rental agreement however I'm flexible and willing to work with a month to month agreement

What's included in the lease cost:
1. Utilities - gas, electric, water, and wifi (netflix, hulu, amazon prime, disney+ and HBO) I have all that stuff..
2. 1 Parking spot in the garage
3. private bathroom
4. House Keeping - I hire a housekeeper to clean the apartment every 3 weeks.
5. Washer\Dryer

All of the above items are included in the monthly rent that is fixed.
