This is a peaceful, established home—not a revolving-door roommate situation. Previous housemates have typically stayed about 3 years. Our departing housemate is relocating to Bakersfield to be closer to his parents and is leaving on excellent terms.

Long-term preferred. Month-to-month agreement.

And you’re welcome to enjoy the home and common areas—you’re not expected to stay confined to your bedroom!

Nearby: Trader Joe’s, Costco, Target, Erewhon, Whole Foods, Cafe Bizou, restaurants, coffee, yoga, LA Fitness, Equinox, Westlake Athletic Club, golf, tennis and pickleball.

Malibu Beach is approximately 20–25 minutes away through the canyon. Ventura beaches are also within easy reach.

Excellent medical care is nearby, including UCLA facilities, Los Robles, Kaiser and numerous physicians and urgent-care facilities.

It really is a wonderful area to live!

THE HOUSEHOLD

I’m a full-time professional and have lived and worked in Agoura Hills/Oak Park for 30+ years. I raised my children here, have always been active in the community and still pinch myself that we get to live in an area I consider “Heaven on Earth!”

I’m also a G’ma of 3 who live out of state. 😊

There are two sweet, mature pets in the home: one small dog and one Persian cat.

No additional pets, please.

ABOUT YOU

ONE PERSON ONLY.

You may be working, retired, a student or in another stable situation with demonstrated financial ability.

We’re looking for someone mature, clean, considerate and comfortable living independently while sharing a warm home.

Our home is our sanctuary. We respect one another’s privacy and personal space, but over time there will hopefully be a warm, familial feeling as well.

Kindness is a must. None of us is perfect, and life has its ups and downs. Generally speaking, interactions should be easy, kind and respectful. None of us needs more stress in our lives!

Peaceful single-occupancy household. Reasonable house rules apply regarding overnight guests.

Our departing housemate vacated early to move to NoCal for his attorney work, before his official move-out date. He says he’s happy to talk to anyone about living here. He’ll be missed but we wish him well!! He says he’d love to move back-in with us, if his work takes him back our way.
