Boat dock/back of home/deck

The home sits on the lake you have access to the boat dock. Walking and bike trails, near shopping and restaurants. Relax on the deck, enjoy the the birds singing, wildlife, views of the lake or cast a line in the water!

You have access to all common areas. I'm away during the weekday for work but come home a couple of weekends a month.

I like a tidy kitchen/home; no dishes in the sink please; I clean up after myself as I go and I expect you to clean up after yourself when you move from room to room. Put things away when you see it out; vacuum, dust, clean your room, your bathroom, living room or kitchen if you see it needs to be cleaned or straightened up, don't be afraid to lend a hand.
A little bit about me: I enjoy riding my bike, walking, reading, cooking, and watching sports. I'm a good listener, courteous, kind and always have a smile on my face. No drama.. I'm looking for a responsible adult, someone clean, quiet, friendly and respectful.
