Private room available in a clean, calm, and safe apartment in Bakersfield, close to local stores, bus routes, and Bakersfield College (about an 7-8-minute drive).
I’m a 25-year-old full-time working parent and full-time student, living with my 5-year-old daughter she lives with me full time she goes to school as well .I’m pretty easygoing and laid-back, easy to get along with, and I like keeping a positive, drama-free environment. Everyone has their own space and freedom here I just value keeping the home comfortable, respectful, and safe for everyone. , and well cared for. I’m looking for a roommate who values a calm, drama-free space and open communication.

Electricity split evenly and usually low (I’m rarely home) usually comes out about 20-78ish dollars depending on our usage split between both of us that's just a rough estimate based on my bill currently
