I have a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment that has a master bedroom available to rent!

Utilities include: Patio/Balcony, stainless steel appliances, fireplace, gas heater, central AC, in-unit washer/dryer, lots of available parking, community gym (skip the membership!), car wash station, less than five minute walk to CSUB, two pools and a hot tub, community club house, and lots more!

Total rent of unit is $1,840 but for your portion of rent, the bedroom would be $1000 if living alone or $1200 if you’re a couple. :)

I was previously living here with my boyfriend for the past year and we loved it! But life is taking us to Montana, so we’re looking for someone who’d be interested in taking over our portion of the lease. A background check would be done with the leasing managers and they’re looking for a combined income of 2.8x the rent, but you’d be sharing that with our current roommate Tanner (excellent guy!)
He’s extremely friendly, respectful and is hoping to find someone who’d shares an interest in keeping a clean environment!

The apartment is fully furnished besides the master bedroom where you’ll be staying, and unfortunately our unit does not include the overhead fan in the bedroom, but everything is extremely spacious and ready to decorate!
