You're very own refrigerator in there, and microwave, it's furnished brand new furniture dressers, king bed, and a TV too, free Wi-Fi. your very own bathroom and shower no sharing, and very close to the 99 freeway easy Access getting to work, if you are working, we will verify employment must be employed 8 months plus please, we won't do a background check, you come and go as you please, you'll have your free parking in front of our house it's a quiet clean neighborhood there's no cooking, microwave and refrigerator will be all in your master bedroom/studio room but we're vegetarians we do not use our kitchen for cooking at all, sorry, it's rare if we do, other than just to make salads.
The rent would be $800 a month long-term stay preferred, and no visitors you can have visitors but they can be outside in the front due to our privacy inside our house, I will give you more detailed information if you're interested call me, thank you $555 deposit. Will work with you on the deposit.
