I currently have a renter who has been here for 2 years. He works Monday through Friday, very polite, clean, keeps to himself and very respectful.
I live here as well but I work in Los Angeles and my mother watches my 13 year old son in Tulare. So I am not here very much, maybe 8-10 days out of the month.
That being said the renter for the room has a good amount of privacy.
