I’m renting out two bedrooms in my 4 bed, 3.5 bath Lennar home in a quiet, newly developed neighborhood in Shafter. Each room has a bed but is otherwise unfurnished. The house has two floors, a large living room, a spacious kitchen, front and back yard, and driveway/street parking. Utilities (water, electricity, internet, trash) are all included. I work remotely full-time and will be living in the home. I’m clean, respectful, and value a peaceful environment. Shopping centers, groceries, and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. Open to responsible couples and pets with prior discussion.
