We would prefer our roommate to be mature, kind, respectful, clean, and being communicative is very important to us as well. One of our work schedules is late at night, (12am-8am) and we would prefer someone who would be respectful of the rest required to upkeep that schedule.

The apartment is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom with a balcony and is mostly furnished besides a dining table. The complex does not have an onsite laundry. Though there is a laundromat around the corner. There are 3 bus stops near the apartment complex all within a 5 minute walking distance, the apartment is also located within walking distance of downtown Eureka.
