Updated bd house. The available space includes bedrooms + a commonhang out area upstairs. We're mids to earlys, work fulltime and have two cats (sorry, no more pets). We enjoy alone time as much as hanging out communally. We aren't big drinkers or partiers, and prefer folks who are more chill, clean and have respectful, mature communication styles. We are open to folks who may want to live more communally, or to folks who are more private. Utilities split equally (pge, wifi, water, trash).

Walking distance to bus stops, grocery, Old Town, restaurants, etc.
