We are a couple looking to rent out our guest room. Our lease ends in October, so we can have a chance to renew if we decide to continue the tenancy. We do have pet allergies so we are looking for someone who’s okay with not having one.
You will need to sign up for a background check as you will be added to the lease.
Rent is $700, plus bills. One is $40, split electric.
You will need to be respectful of quiet hours. The bathroom is smaller side and will be shared.
One of us is huge into board games so like minded person is cool, but not mandatory.
