Hi! I have a private furnished bedroom available in a gated condo community, walking distance to Fresno State (cross streets: Shaw & Cedar). I’m looking for a responsible housemate. No room sharing, no guests, no pets, and no drugs.

Rent Details:
-$600/month
-Security deposit required
-Private bedroom with a lock
-Shared bathroom
-Furnished and move-in ready
-In-unit washer and dryer
-Utilities included: water, garbage, and internet
-PG&E (gas & electric) is split: approx. $40/month (this is on a 4-way split). The winter months are lower.

-Must have a clean background.
-Must have proof of income.
-Must have 680+ credit score.

About us:
We are three clean, quiet, respectful working professionals (all male) with full-time jobs. We rarely cook, don’t host guests, and keep the place peaceful. Just mainly work and sleep. We're looking for someone similar, clean, quiet, drama-free, respectful, and someone who doesn't cook. Great fit for a traveling professional or someone who just needs a calm, stable place to live. Only four people total will live in the condo, including you.

Looking for someone to stay for 6 months or longer. After that, the lease could be turned into a monthly lease or renewed.
