Furnished Private Bedroom (Near Fresno State)

Hi, I have a bedroom for rent. I'm looking for a housemate (just one person in a room, no pets, no drugs, and no sharing room). I live in a gated community (a Condo) and it's within walking distance to Fresno State (Prefer working professionals since we all work full-time and are all working professionals). Cross streets are Shaw and Cedar.

-$550/month for the room.
-A security deposit is needed.
-Private Bedroom (with own lock) with Shared Bathroom
-The bedroom is furnished, so it's move-in ready.
-Washer and Dryer are inside the property.
-Water, Garbage, and Internet will be covered. Only splitting PG&E (Gas & Electric).

-Must have a clean background.
-Must have paystub to verify income.
-Must have 680+ credit score.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, quiet, drama-free, and won't be hosting parties or large gatherings in the Condo since it's in a gated quiet community. The total number of people living there will only be 4 people, max. Currently, there are 3 guys, including myself. We are all professionals, clean, respectful, rarely cook, no guests, and QUIET. Perfect if that is you. We all have full-time jobs. Looking for someone who doesn't cook, as well. Perfect for people who are traveling.

Prefer someone to stay for 6 months or longer. After that, the lease could be turned into a monthly lease or be renewed.
