About us:
We are three clean, quiet, respectful professionals (all male). We don’t host guests and keep the place peaceful. We mainly work and sleep. We're looking for someone similar: clean, quiet, drama-free, respectful, and someone who doesn't cook. Great fit for a traveling professional (only staying for a couple of days during the week) or someone who just needs a calm, stable place to live while they work in Fresno County. Only four people total will live in the condo, including you.

Prefer someone to stay for 6 months or longer. After that, the lease could be turned into a monthly lease or renewed. The only thing about this room is that it’s located close to the bathroom, so you’ll hear everything if someone is using it. The price is low to reflect that.
