- Two other rooms are available in a separate section of the house.

- Shared kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer.
- WiFi and all utilities are included.
- The owner lives on site and is currently renovating the property.

- Rental agreement is month-to-month.
- Move-in requires first month's rent, last month's rent, and a $400 non-refundable deposit. A 30-day notice is required prior to moving out.
