This is a very safe area as well (I lived here myself for 2 years). You can walk to Old Town, and you are right next to the Clovis bike trail. The house is directly across the street from an elementary school, so the neighborhood has many young and friendly families. The neighbors next door have lived there since the house was built and they are very friendly. There are 2 additional inlaw units on this lot. Both do not share walls with you, so you would have complete privacy. One of the inlaw units houses one of my employees. She is an onsite manager. She is wonderful and can help you with anything you need. The other inlaw unit is rented by a young married couple. Owner pays for all utilities except PGE and WiFi.
