Clovis Room - Central Location

Howdy! I have a single-occupancy, 10x10 bedroom available now! The house is in a quiet neighborhood near Clovis High School. There is laundry on-site and street parking. The rent includes utilities, housekeeping, landscaping, security, pest control, and internet!

I’m looking for someone who is chill but responsible, meshes well with others, and understands the value of a well-functioning household. I’ve been doing the roommate thing for many years now, and it is always so much better when everyone has the same household values.

We are not interested in parties, drugs, smokers, random overnight guests, or other issues that can upset the balance of a household.

I own the home and live on-site. My other roommate has been with me for over two years and he is who you would share the bathroom with. We are both M-F professionals who appreciate a quiet and clean space at home. We are both pretty chill and might have an occasional get-together. Most of our time is spent working, working out, playing games, reading, watching movies, hiking, and eating. I have a dog that lives in the home. Very well-behaved dogs might be considered but no other pets will be allowed.
