Hi! My name is Kamiah and I’m renting out my 2nd bedroom. I’m 25 and currently going to school, so looking for a student or professional.
The house is close to the Raleys and is centrally located within walking distance of stores. The bedroom is off of the living room and is close to a shared bathroom. The bathroom has heated floors and a jet-tub. The house has a laundry room and backyard, as well as an office/spare room upstairs. There is covered parking so we can figure out schedules to park cars. I’m currently moving in and will have a couch, table, and some kitchen appliances. However your room will unfurnished.
