I’m looking for one single Female Roomate. I’m open to traveling nurses and other traveling professionals that seek short term rentals and those room rents would be priced differently. This is a non smoking property and room. I live in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere and really want to keep it organically like that. I have one pretty good size room. There is a bathroom right next to the room, it is the common bathroom for guests as well but you would have almost exclusive use of it as I seldom have company. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and storage closet and regular closet with a little window. There is wall to wall flooring and no carpets.
