Private, single occupancy room with keyed door in quiet home on a private, dead-end street with two other mature, working adults. The room is furnished and includes full use of common areas. Central heat/air, off-street parking for one vehicle, washer/dryer, microwave, shared fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, broadband, water/sewer, & utilities included. Shared bathroom.

No smoking/vaping inside, but ok outside on fire-safe surfaces only. Responsible alcohol consumption ok. A housekeeper comes every-other week to clean common areas and is included in the cost of the rent.

Owner-occupied and one other tenant currently lives here. LGBTQIA-friendly, laid-back, tidy. We respect each other's sleep/work schedules. No overnight guests.

There are also two middle-aged, very friendly and well-behaved Bloodhounds- must love dogs! The dogs are people friendly, but not other animal friendly, so for the safety of all animals involved, no other animals allowed. We’re an environmentally friendly home; composting and recycling is required.

$850/mo. and $850 deposit. For the safety and privacy of the occupants, an in-person meetup offsite is required prior to showing the property. A background check and renters insurance is also required.
