Looking for an Awesome, Chill, Respectful, Communicative, Dog Loving Roommates.

Current residents are myself, and my 29 and 18 yr old daughters.

This is a peaceful, low key, chill, living environment.

We personally don’t drink, or smoke. Looking for non or minimally drinking roomies.
Cigarettes are ok - both **outside only.
No partying, illegal substances or drama. >Non negotiable<

We all get along very well. Communication is big for us. It’s important to find someone with that same emotional maturity. We’re a non judging, LGBT+ family. Looking for a non judgy renter. We don’t talk religion, politics, or labels.

We have large dogs - ages 1 to 7 yrs. I work in special needs rescue. *Will not be taking in more dogs*. My home is a clean home, and the dogs don’t hang out in the rental bedroom areas. They’re all potty trained. We do work with an amazing trainer. Our dogs are from horrific conditions. We’ve worked VERY hard to have a well rounded, loving, content pack. They do NOT fight, nor is it chaotic or loud. They are quirky, and VERY sweet. They DO think they’re all lap dogs. 🥰 They’re genuinely loving, and LOVE to snuggle.

This is not a typical room renting situation. We’re a close knit family, opening our home. We have a VERY peaceful space, things flow nicely - and it’s staying that way. 😊 So, it’s important to have people here that openly communicate, have a positive vibe, common sense, courtesy, and respect.

Rooms have keyed locks. 2 shared bathrooms. Large linen closet. Full access to living areas and laundry. Designated parking.
Renters have a large fridge of their own, and a large cabinet in the kitchen for food items.
