Nice room in a shared house situation

We have a bedroom for rent in our shared home in Richmond. The room is available now. The bedroom is great, one of the main suites in the house. Lots of natural light and big closet (160 sq feet). The bathroom is shared with only one of us, not private. The house is shared with me and my housemate, I work in hospitality, and he works as a technician. We want someone who we can comfortably share the space with, and who is clean, reasonable, and respectful. There is a front and back yard, a washer dryer, a large modern kitchen, and big front room with big screen TV. House is located near various transit and retail. There is plenty of off-street parking in front and the neighborhood is safe and friendly.
