The apartment is a two bedroom one bathroom about 900sqft. The room is unfurnished and a nice size. Easily fits a queen bed, dresser and nightstand, with a large closet.

Walking distance to everything! About two blocks from Broadway Plaza, bars and restaurants, 15 min walk to BART, 20 min commute to Oakland, 40 min commute to the City.

Rent is $1150. Utilities (Wifi, PG & E) run about $80-$100 (a little higher in the summer for the A/C) per person a month give or take. Living room TV has Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and all that jazz!

About me: female, in my 30's, super easy going, work full-time. Pretty mellow during the week. Social with friends on weekends. Never brings the party home, I rarely cook so go to town in the kitchen, if that's your thing.. I do have a cat, he is hypoallergenic, so allergies shouldn't be an issue and he isn't allowed in the room. I also have a small registered emotional support dog that I take pretty much everywhere with me including to work everyday. So he won't be around much to bother you, unless you want him to. :)

About you: Female preferred (since we share a bathroom), someone around my age, social, we don't have to be best friends but friendly always makes things much more pleasant. Doesn't bring the party home, occasional wine nights or dinner parties are fine by me. Employed full-time.
Single occupancy, NO couples, sorry. I don't mind the occasional guest, I just don't want to feel like we have a 3rd roommate.
