The apartment is a two bedroom one bathroom about 900sqft. The room is 10'x12', unfurnished and can easily fits a queen bed, dresser and nightstand, with a large closet.
Walking distance to everything! About two blocks from Broadway Plaza, bars and restaurants, 15 min walk to BART, 20 min commute to Oakland, 40 min commute to the City.
Rent is $1,250. Utilities: (Water and Trash, Wifi, PG & E) run about $150 (a little higher for Pg&e in the summer for the A/C) per person a month give or take. Living room TV has Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, HBO.
About me: female, in my 30's, super easy going, work full-time in the office. Pretty mellow during the week, usually gone most weekends. I have a small ESA dog that pretty much goes everywhere with me including work everyday.
About you: Female preferred (since we share a bathroom), someone around my age, social, we don't have to be best friends but friendly always makes things much more pleasant. Employed full-time.
