Master bedroom, bath and office for $2000/month
I have a housemate opportunity opening up in Concord at the end of August. Currently in a 4br, 2 1/2bath house w/garage in a decent, quiet neighborhood. We've been here 6+ years and the owner has been awesome and very easy to work with. There are two small side yards also.
You would have a large master bedroom w/ full bathroom attached, vaulted ceiling with fan, two large closets and balcony attached plus another smaller bedroom/office with small closet as well as use of the 2 car garage for parking and storage.
I will be using the other two of the small bedrooms with 2 adorable cats live here inside/outside, very sweet and loving (another cat negotiable)
The house is currently fully furnished and we're completely negotiable on leaving as much or as little (or none) of the current furniture, washer/dryer, freezer, BBQ, coffee table, couch, even CA King bed. there or not, leaving you free to furnish those rooms as you wish. I have little common areas furniture and can put some of my things in storage to make more space if you need more storage. There is a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom downstairs, bedrooms and two bath upstairs.
Rent would be $2000/mo. + half of security deposit which would be $1250. Looking for someone with stable income, good credit, rental reference, etc. Couple’s ok, possibility of a child but not preferred.
