Semi studio (two regular sized connected rooms) in north Chico that is a bit like a studio. You could make one of the rooms your own personal living room. $750 + $125 utilities. You would be living with two other males who are pretty clean. Washer and dryer in house. One is a recent college grad and the other will be graduating soon. Late 20s. Relaxed atmosphere. Shared bath. Small pets OK. Month-to-month with a 3-month minimum. PGE, internet, water, garbage are $125 a month.

House is furnished and has a washer and dryer.

House has a front yard and the backyard is communal. Like to garden? We have planters!
