I’m a 34 years old (they/she) freelance artist/ art student on the weekdays and a Bilingual coordinator assistant who works with kids on the weekends, currently looking for a couple or an individual to take over a spare room and to split rent 3 ways with me. My current spare room will be available April 1st.
The room is $1108.00 or (Couple-$740 each person) + $25-$36 utilities average approximately per person +$36 for wifi person with a security deposit of $1,000 in a 2 bedroom and one shared bathroom, we are located on the second floor (2 flight stairs), coin laundry on site, street parking, and a shared backyard. I am located on the hills along with other apartment residents. It’s quiet and nearby nature trails (Canyon Leona)!
The overall vibe of the home is chill, clean, and creative.
House is already furnished but I am open for a discussion of adding a few things.
Note: you must be comfortable to live with 2 small pets. I own a parrot (Grey African) and a small mixed dog. No more additional pets, sorry.
Right by the freeway 580, Merritt College, convenient stores, planet fitness (6 minutes away by car), and Oakland Zoo!
