Beautiful Room Located in San Lorenzo/Hayward

The room is in a 3 bedroom house with a kitchen, on site laundry, and a full bath (shared).

Looking for a mature adult roommate and must be LGBT friendly. No parties, no drugs, no pets. Smoking is outside only. Move-in costs are first & last Months rent for a total of $1,600 with a 6 month lease. Full employment, recent bank statement, and a fair credit standing is a must and will be checked.

House is located on a quiet street in the very desirable San Lorenzo Village with easy on street parking. The 880 freeway is just blocks away for easy access, Bus stops are also only 2 blocks away, and BART is less than a mile away.

You would be sharing the house with 2 other adults. You will be expected to clean up after yourself, kitchen, laundry, bathroom, etc. (I’m not your mama lol) Utilities are shared, and they average about $100 dollars a month depending on the time of the year. They include electricity, heat ,water, garbage, and Internet.

Living with 2 other mature adults, I would expect everyone to respect each other's privacy. That said, each bedroom does have a keyed door lock. The bed linen (comforter, pillows) you see in the photos is for show only and is not included in the rental. The room does come furnished with the rest of the furniture you see. The house does have a nice large fenced back yard with a ground level deck that is a nice place to relax ,especially in the spring & summer. However, it is now going through some landscape upgrades so it can be ready for the upcoming spring & summer season. I love to BBQ!
