Large room in Pleasanton townhome

I’m looking for a female young professional, mid-20s or older.

I have a large, south-facing bedroom available in my 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhouse that I rent, available as early as July 1st. I live in a beautiful, quiet, suburban neighborhood with lots of families and professionals. Close to downtown Pleasanton and minutes to both the 580 and 680 freeways and BART.

$1400 rent includes wifi, trash, and water. $1400 deposit. One year commitment. We would split utilities 50/50 on a monthly basis, $40-80. We are one of the middle units in a 4-plex, but the neighbors are very considerate. Ample street parking but we also have a reserved carport spot and 2 off-street parking stalls shared by the 4-plex.

Your bedroom would have the larger closet and a window AC unit. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. Full bath on second floor with two small linen closets in hallway. Open living/dining/kitchen on first floor with half bath. Kitchen is newer and has dishwasher. Sliding glass door opens onto small backyard with small patio & grassy area, large enough for a seating area.

Coin laundry and storage cubby in small building on-site. Bedroom is not furnished. I have the majority of the common area furnished and all kitchen supplies, as shown in pictures, but am open to re-decorating.

I’m a female in my early 30s, and work full-time at an architecture firm in Pleasanton; occasionally I will spend a day or two during the week working from home. I’ve lived in this unit for 3+ years. I’m generally an introverted, quiet person and am respectful of other people’s personal time and space.
