Students/Mechanic Looking for Creative roommate

Hey! I hope everyone had a decent summer. Our house is winding down, and looking for someone who plans on living in the bay area as long-term natives/ transplants, Students, preferably, or any creative person. Earlier I posted this ad prematurely, but everything squared away to interview and find a house match finally. Our house has two roommates moving out, and they're leaving the bay. Looking for possible candidates who live/work/are students in the bay.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:

- Queer and Queer adjacent.

-Old semi punk-house

-Very relaxed on chores and things we prefer people do basic courteous stuff such as. Try not to leave a mess in the General spaces

- Very friendly and peaceful

-We have a massive backyard with three fruit trees, fruit bushes, and giant sunflowers. They are dead now.
.(if you're into that)

-Front yard is small but quaint.

- It's not fancy looking. However, it's consistent, located in a great area, with kind regular neighbors, fruit trees on every block, and excellent public transit access
Ex: On one end of the road, you can catch the bus, and on the other, you can see the Bart.

-We're a noise-positive house.

It's mostly quiet here, but it's a big house. The walls can be thin, but traditionally, people who've lived here aren't very particular about noise. If anything, they would have earbuds or listen to their own thing. If someone is loud and we tell them, people get it and turn it down or off.

-We have a Piano

-We have a basement

-Washer Dryer

-Driveway

- The house has 3 LEVELS

-Everyone is very independent. We socialize together, but only if the person who initiates it makes sure everyone is on the same page to do something together as a house☺️
I know some people want close roommate bonds. Unfortunately, most of us respect each other enough to understand that people have their own lives to attend to, and as long as everyone is respectful and communicates clearly, problems are addressed, then solved (asap), and Fiscal responsibilities are met, EVERYTHING IS CHILL💓

Lastly -
ALL THE HOUSEMATES ARE WOMEN 2

What WE WOULD LIKE:

-WOMAN/ MAN/ TRANS

-Anyone who vibes with aforementioned

-A person with a green thumb
Or 'handyman' skills
(this-ones-huge)

-A person who is more On the Introverted side

-A person who enjoys long bouts of silence / or loud
music every once in a while

-A person who enjoys cleaning or fixing things

-A person who is VERY
Consistent
" if they say they do it, they do it."

-A person who is QUEER. Or 100% open to living with Queer people without no associates / bringing a guest who is HOMOPHOBIC/ Misogynist/Racist

-A person who can advocate for themselves

-A person who does not require housemates to look after them.
Emotionally or with any excessive substance use.

-A person whose great at resolving conflict.

( the house is too busy to hold grudges. Just fix it at the moment if you can)

-FYI, the priority
It is with Nonwhites OR queer people.

However, if you're neither and a good fit, you will be considered☺️

-A person not bothered by a semi- punk house

-A person who is friendly, cordial, and kind.

-A person who likes gardens and Nature.

-A person not interested in a SUPER Fancy home but loves the location and making a quality environment💓😊

- Spacious

-Downstairs ( near the kitchen )

-Great, if you wanna, leave quietly
