June/July Sublease

June / July Sublease: Private room available in a 2-bedroom / 1-bathroom apartment in West Berkeley! Walking distance to shops and restaurants on 4th Street, San Pablo, and University Avenue. Fairly close to Berkeley Marina and a 15-minute walk to the North Berkeley BART station. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. You would be sharing the rest of the apartment with a female, young professional and a sweet cat named Kitten. Looking for a female-identifying individual who might be interested in subleasing the room for June and July. There is flexibility in moving in earlier if need be as the room is open right now and flexibility to stay a bit longer as I won’t be back until mid August. There is also an option to sign onto the lease for the next year if that interests you:) I rent the room for $1300, but am advertising the room at $1000 in order try and sublease faster. I would cover the remaining $300 per month!
