Roommate Wanted in Downtown Hayward CA

Hello my name is Tony. There’s an accommodation for a you to have a room to yourself in an apartment in Downtown Hayward, CA (which has a fitness room and a pool) for $1,000 in rent INCLUDING utilities. Also, high-speed WiFi is included. It is located pretty close to CSUEB and walking distance to downtown area for shopping/theatre/etc.

You will be sharing this apartment with me. I am sleeping in the living room on a futon. Pretty spacious area. We would share kitchen/bathroom, however, you’d have your own room!
