The Space:
This cozy, nice, clean and quiet in a safe area private room has a Queen Bed, shared bathroom with my working professional daughter & closet. The room is on the 2nd floor, door to the room is lockable from the inside and has 1 large window. This is a six bedroom home at Eden Shores neighborhood in Hayward. I have 1 son, 1 daughter and my husband living in the house. My children are all professionals and working. I am very particular about the house being clean and tidy at all times. No sleepovers allowed,

You also have access to the dining room area, kitchen area including refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, stove (please clean up after using including dishes), living room area. Utilities are included and WIFI.
