Hi I’m looking for a female identifying student to take over my lease from January to July in a Coed apartment. The apartment is a 2bed 2bath and you would be taking over my spot in a large double. Monthly expenses $1308 (this includes rent, furniture, and wifi) there is also additional utilities that averages to about $40 a month. For the month of January rent is payed for! So payment would start in February.
The apartment has in unit laundry, dishwasher, on sweet bathroom, there’s a beautiful rooftop, and nice study lounge with free coffee and printing.
This unit is about a 5 minute walk to the edge of campus. 7 minute walk to the RSF. 5 minute walk to downtown Berkeley Bart and is surrounded by amazing food.
