I am a 31 Male looking for a roommate for my large 2 Bedroom apartment on Shoreline Drive in Alameda. The apartment has a fully furnished living room, kitchen, dining room, and patio, is located right across from the Alameda Beach and has a beautiful view of the Oakland Hills from the patio.

Move in is available on April 2nd or beyond, though I am looking to fill the vacancy as quickly as possible.

The bedroom itself is 13ftx11ft and includes a private bathroom across the hall. I have lived here for over 2 years and have loved every day of it. The property is excellent, very well maintained, and is walking distance from the beach, the Southshore Center Mall, and the bars and restaurants on Park Street. There are a number of bus stations within walking distance and the Fruitvale Bart station as well as the Alameda-SF Ferry are only a 10-15 drive away.

Rent is $1475/month plus $150-200/month for utilities, which includes a valet trash pickup service. To be considered, you must meet the building’s income requirements and be comfortable with dogs.

I am primarily looking for someone who is close to me in age, is easy-going and easy to communicate with, clean, and is not too rowdy. I will only consider people who are currently employed.
