Private Room with Pool Access

Located 5 minutes to Palm Aire Country Club, 10 minutes to Isle Casino, 15 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to the airport, this beautiful home will give you easy access to everything South Florida has to offer. It's a very cozy and comfortable three bed, two bath house in a quiet/secluded/residential neighborhood near several great restaurants, golf courses, shopping malls, and movie theaters.

Your private room boasts a comfy queen size bed with memory foam mattress, a lock on the door for privacy, a large closet, and a view of the beautiful front yard and surrounding neighborhood. You will also have access to the hallway bathroom which will be stocked with fresh towels.

There's a well-equipped kitchen complete with Keurig 2.0 Coffee Maker and a wide variety of K-Pod flavors, not to mention a private two-car garage with a brand new washer/dryer, along with an ironing board and plenty of hangers.

You'll have absolutely no trouble staying entertained using the high-Speed Wi-Fi and 60" Vizio Smartcast 4K Ultra TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime videos on demand. And that's before you walk outside and see the gigantic outdoor pool, patio, and pavilion with a multi-level Dyna-Glo BBQ Grill and firepit.

The roommate situation goes as follows. I'm a 26-year old male named Hunter. I live in the master bedroom with my 27-year-old girlfriend, Alice. We both work full-time. You will live in the guest bedroom on the other side of the house.

The $700 monthly rental rate is non-negotiable. This rental rate includes the cost of all utilities. I require first month's rent, last month's rent, and a $500 refundable security deposit -- so, $1,900 total to move in. If you move in midway through the month, your first month's rent will be prorated.
